Founded in the early 1980s by Richard Stevens, John Grikis and Richard Dana, Severance Foods has developed into one of the most respected specialty contract producers of tortilla chips. Currently run by Stevens, Grikis and Dana's son Lief, the company draws from their experience in the corn-based tortilla and tortilla chip sector.
